“I have been training with Rob for just over 6 months and do a joint session with my husband. Rob works out a programme to suit both of us individually, a full work out , concentrating on our problem areas , changing it regularly to suit and keeping it interesting. It works really well and you certainly see the benefits quite quickly.

“Who would seriously want to support a 64 year old to improve energy levels I said to my daughter after having experiences in the past where I’ve just ended up being blended into the background. I’ll have a look for you she said and came up with Rob. Needless to say I’ve never looked back. Following him gathering lots of health information, he listens to what you want to gain from the sessions, plans and individually tailors the sessions, encourages by acknowledging effort, explains which parts of the body each exercise ‘works’ whilst showing a genuine interest in working towards a person ‘achieving’. Rob is completely non judgemental, respectful, has a good sense of humour, is an expert in his field, ensures you’re OK at every step, in fact he’s a good all-rounder. I cannot recommend him enough!”
